My husband and I met Alan to view a property and we then met with Angela at another property. Their professionalism is top notch they both showed up with information in hands to answer questions we had. It was a very easy decision for us the choose to rent from Elite & Co. I've told others about their service, unlike another agent we met with who knew nothing about the area we were viewing before we meet with Alan. The connection with Alan and Angela was instant and that is because of their professionalism , warmth and welcome. It is well worth it to support this small business.

Angela the branch manager gave the sale of my flat her full attention from start to finish, achieving a number of offers and the price I wanted with the right buyer within just 2 weeks. She followed through chasing solicitors to get the sale to completion so everything ran smoothly. I can say from experience you do not get that level of service at any of the chain Estate agents where you are just a statistic - she was always at the end of the phone for me. It's an extremely well run company focusing on quality rather than volume of listings.
